Introduction to Web

Second Semester AY 2007-2008

The course aims to provide the students sufficient knowledge about the World Wide Web. This course introduces the student the basics of web page designing with HTML and CSS in accordance with the current World Wide Web Consortium standards. Students will learn how to design website using HTML and CSS.

General Outline

At the end of the course, the students are expected to:

COGNITIVE:

1. Understand the World Wide Web

2. Determine how the web works.

AFFECTIVE:

1. Awareness in security threats in connection to networking specifically with on the web and e-business.

PSYCHOMOTOR:

1. Assess the security risks associates with e-business.

2. Develop security incident response procedures.
